Every specialist works both online and in person, from different locations. The specialist is chosen together with the mental health counsellor (CSM), based on your preferences and on the specialist’s location and availability.

The first step
The first step is still a conversation.
The first 20-minute conversation is with a mental health counsellor (CSM). Then, depending on what you are dealing with, you are pointed to the right specialist.
