Silvana Capriș
Psychologist and brain trainer · specialist in stress, depression and anxiety, illness and loss
A psychologist accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists as principal psychologist and supervisor in work and organisational psychology, and as a specialist clinical psychologist. Specialised in brief psychotherapies, with training in cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapy, grief, psycho-oncology and palliative psychology. She works with people who want to understand and change how their mind responds to stress, anxiety and difficulty.
“How you understand and use your mind shows in how you live your life.”
01 · About me
Understanding — and changing — how your mind responds
I work with people who want to understand and change how their mind responds to stress, anxiety and difficulties in relationships, at work or in their personal life. Through careful listening, questions that open up new perspectives and brain training, I help you notice what triggers your reactions and which patterns keep you stuck.
We start from the concrete situations in your life and work practically to build flexibility in your thinking and your ability to regulate your emotions — so that you can respond differently, including in moments of pressure, illness or loss, or even when you are growing but do not yet feel at ease with who you are becoming.
