Cancellation

You may cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance at no cost. Under 24 hours, the session counts as held.

Rescheduling is free at least 24 hours ahead and is arranged directly with your specialist.

Sessions paid for within a journey stay available for 6 months from payment. After that they can no longer be used and are not refunded.

Payment is made per journey or per session, by bank transfer, before the first session of that stage.
