How long we keep data
Acknowledgement record: 3 years (art. 2517 Civil Code). Contact details of people who do not become patients: deleted when the enquiry closes. Applications: 6 months, longer only with explicit talent-pool consent. Anti-spam counters: seconds.
Who processes on our behalf
Cloudflare (hosting, EU), Resend (email delivery — stored in the United States under the EU–US DPF, a DPA and standard contractual clauses) and Plausible (aggregate, cookieless statistics, EU). We use no other third parties.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and needs no consent banner. Statistics are aggregate and identify no visitor.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to processing. Write to us and we reply within the statutory deadline.
Legal basis
We contact you under art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps at your request. This is not consent, because the processing is necessary in order to reply to you at all.
