Adults who want a medical opinion: intense symptoms, the question of whether medication is needed, a diagnosis to clarify.

What it looks like
A fifty-minute consultation with the psychiatrist, with a medical letter at the end. Prescriptions are issued only after a consultation, electronically, and renewals are agreed at follow-up.

The evaluation, written recommendations and, where needed, a monitoring plan.

Follow-up consultations track exactly the recommendations in the initial letter.
