# Urgent help

What counts as an emergency, when we ask you to get medical help immediately, and when we can support you quickly, without waiting for a regular appointment.

Immediate danger

## If you or someone else is in danger, do not wait: call 112.

Or go to the nearest emergency department if:

- you are thinking of harming yourself or ending your life and have a plan or the means at hand;
- you have taken a dangerous amount of medication or other substances;
- you have lost touch with reality or there is a risk of violence;
- someone around you is in immediate danger.

We are not an emergency service and cannot intervene quickly in situations like these.

Fast support

## When you are going through a very hard time, but are not in immediate danger

You can ask for a fast-support session, without waiting for a regular appointment.

- **50 min** one session
- **Online** with the chosen specialist
- **24 h** at most, in working hours
- **400 lei** first session, VAT included

### Situations we can support you with

- recurring panic attacks;
- a recent loss or a very fresh bereavement;
- an event that has shaken you deeply;
- a crisis in your relationship or your family;
- an acute episode of exhaustion in which you can no longer function at work.

### What we cannot do

- we do not provide emergency or crisis intervention where there is immediate danger;
- we are not available around the clock: fast support runs on working days, between 9:00 and 19:00;
- we do not provide psychiatric or medical consultations. If you need one, we can recommend good doctors on request.

How it works

## From request to session

1. ### You message or call us

   Message us on WhatsApp or call 0728 989 028.

2. ### The counsellor decides

   The mental health counsellor (CSM) assesses the situation and chooses the specialist, based on their availability and skills. The CSM also sends you the payment details.

3. ### The fast-support session

   50 minutes, online, with the chosen specialist, within 24 working hours of your request.

4. ### The next step

   You leave with a short stabilisation plan and, if you want one, a proposal to continue in one of our programmes.

### Fee and payment

The first 50-minute fast-support session costs 400 lei, VAT included. It is paid before the session, with proof of payment, and the mental health counsellor (CSM) sends you the payment details.
