# The InYourMind Standard

What a specialist goes through to appear on this site: five checkable things, not a slogan.

1. 01

   ## Specialists with practical experience

The years of practice — in the practice, with groups and with teams — are shown on every specialist’s profile.

2. 02

   ## Continuous training

Continuous training is required of every specialist.

3. 03

   ## A licence to practise issued by the Romanian College of Psychologists

We check it before listing and again every year.

4. 04

   ## Client feedback

   We collect client feedback.

5. 05

   ## Corporate experience

Our specialists have worked with organisations, from corporations to small firms and public institutions, and understand the context employees work in.

The badge

## What the badge means

When you see “InYourMind certified” next to a specialist’s name, it means they meet all five criteria above. All of them, not just some.

We do the checking, so you can choose with peace of mind.

**5 of 5** criteria met

Principles

## What always holds

### Real confidentiality

What you say stays in the practice, with the exceptions the law requires. We explain them at the very first session.

### We talk in concretes

We do not promise a “cure”. We tell you what we do, how long it takes, what it costs and what we do not do.

If you want a session

## See who meets the standard

The profiles show each specialist’s accreditations, licence to practise and the areas they work in.
