# Privacy policy

## How long we keep data

Acknowledgement record: 3 years (art. 2517 Civil Code). Contact details of people who do not become patients: deleted when the enquiry closes. Event sign-ups (first name, email, interests and the record of consent): until consent is withdrawn, and at most 2 years from sign-up. Anti-spam counters: seconds.

## Who processes on our behalf

Cloudflare (hosting, EU) and Resend (email delivery — stored in the United States under the EU–US DPF, a DPA and standard contractual clauses). We use no other third parties and no statistics service.

## Cookies

This site sets no cookies, does not track visits and needs no consent banner.

## Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to processing. Write to office@inyourmind.ro and we reply within the statutory deadline. If you are unhappy with the answer, you may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).

## Legal basis

The booking form: we contact you under art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps at your request. This is not consent, because the processing is necessary in order to reply to you at all. Event sign-up: we contact you on the basis of your consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by the tick box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to office@inyourmind.ro; withdrawing does not affect anything done before it.
